Supply and Installation of Electrical First Fix Materials including conduits and accessories (Abu El-Ezz brand or equivalent within the same price category), comprising 4 rolls 13–30 flexible corrugated conduits, 30 double boxes, 60 single boxes, 13 rolls 16 mm red conduit, 3 rolls 11 mm flexible conduit, 5 rolls 13 mm Abu El-Ezz flexible conduit, 4 additional rolls 13 mm flexible conduit, and 10 rolls medium 16 mm flexible conduit. The scope also includes 24-way Venus distribution board and antenna distribution board, up to 60 electrical points in total.

Supply and Installation (per linear meter) of Air Conditioning First Fix Copper Piping (South African origin) for 3 spaces, total length not exceeding 25 linear meters, including electrical and drainage rough-in works for the remaining areas, including 4 mm² power cables.

Insulation Works for Bathrooms and Kitchen, two coats of (SikaTop 107 or Construction Chemicals or Passive equivalent), total area not exceeding 25 m². The item includes surface preparation, cleaning, and skirting (upstands).

Supply and Installation of Egyptian Porcelain Tiles for the Living Room, unit price not exceeding 1000 EGP/m², installed over a concrete screed layer. The item includes adhesive materials, clips, grout (CetoFill), and all necessary workmanship for proper execution. Supply and Installation of First-Grade Laser-Cut Tiles, unit price not exceeding 300 EGP/m², for bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The item includes all necessary materials, workmanship, and grouting using CetoFill.

Supply and Installation of Egyptian Granite or Marble Window Sills, unit price not exceeding 1,000 EGP/m².Supply and Installation of Egyptian Granite Shower Floor, total area 2 m², unit price not exceeding 1,000 EGP/m². The scope also includes cleaning works, painting of balcony balustrades, and all necessary works required for proper completion in accordance with industry standards and the supervising engineer’s instructions.

Supply and Installation of Turkish UPVC Works for bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen windows, and terrace doors, using Kraft Line (AXA) or equivalent within the same price category, with total area not exceeding 12 m², including sliding insect screens for windows and doors.

Supply and Installation of 6 Pressed Wooden Doors (Swedish/Finnish type), veneered with natural oak (finger-jointed core), complete with frames (jambs) and all accessories, where accessory set price does not exceed 1,500 EGP per set, including wood stain (stain finish) painting for all doors.Supply and Installation of 1 Armored Security Door, unit price not exceeding 13,000 EGP.
